CDHT Contract Win
Ziggurat has recently won a significant communications contract to promote Chester & District Housing Trust. The Trust owns, manages and maintains 6,234 homes in six neighbourhoods across Cheshire and is the eighth largest employer in the district. Ziggurat will be providing design and advertising services to the Trust including marketing material.
Ziggurat took part in property walkabouts and spoke to residents before finalising their proposals to the board. Ziggurat was able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the complex political and dynamic market in which CDHT operate within the UK.
CDHT are a social landlord rated “two stars and excellent”. Their social issues include homelessness, anti social behaviour, tenancy support, resident training, education, neighbourliness, sheltered and affordable housing, the environment and energy efficiency. A visit from Caroline Flint the Housing Minister underlined the impressive progress being managed by John Denny and Su Bramley backed by an enthusiastic team voted as one of the “Top 100 Best Companies to Work For by The Sunday Times”
